Refund and cancellation policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase.

We do not accept returnable items if the safety tag on any item has been tampered with. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part; receiving the wrong item, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you.

We do not accept cancellations after the purchase has been made.

If the purchaser receives goods which do not match those ordered, are damaged or have faults when they are delivered then the purchaser should contact us within 5 days to arrange a refund or replacement.  Photographic evidence will be required for damaged goods and we reserve the right to refuse refunds.
